Very friendly and helpful experts. I am new to amplified instruments and they helped me with what I thought was a loose end pin. They let me know that this style end pin comes loose from time to time and showed me how to tighten it without damaging the instrument. The real problem turned out to be a bad cable. For all of this, they waived their standard one hour bench time. I will be back for any kind of repair or set up work on any stringed instrument that I own.

Really nice dudes that work here. I brought my guitar in and asked for something to be done with a ridiculous time frame and they made it seem like it was no issue at all and got me done quick. I'd recommend them for sure.
