They are very friendly at first, and they make you feel like they're going to provide you with the best care. You leave there feeling like you've finally found a doctor that cares, but that feeling will go away pretty quickly. You never see the doctor, only the nurse practitioner. When you need anything, you have to schedule an appointment and wait anywhere from a week to two months before you get to see anyone, and then if you just need to get a prescription for a medicine you've already been taking you have to make an appointment, wait forever to see them, and then pee in a cup when you get there. Any time you ask for medicine you're treated like they assume you might have some kind of addiction and are just looking to either get a fix or get some pills to sell. If you run out of a medicine that you've already been taking for years, you're out of luck. Call and schedule an appointment and wait two weeks or two months. If you can't wait that long, go to the emergency room. That's their advice even when stopping the meds cold turkey is dangerous enough to be potentially fatal. They don't care about their patients. You will never be able to call and speak to the doctor or the nurse practitioners. You'll have to leave a message, and they will never call you back. NEVER. If you call them to ask about it they just act like you're an annoyance.
