Floors plus Quality LLC at 2135 Misty Oaks Drive, Buford, Georgia.

Just want to say thank you for the amazing job that was done. Recently we bought a foreclosure home that was winterized and of course it needed some work. The floors were cupped (not bad), so we started shopping around. Funny, we got estimates saying that we need to sand the floors right away or even replace them. Also we're getting little explanation and had the feeling that some sales men had no idea what they were talking about and just wanted the job. Now, Floors plus Quality not only had a competitive price, but were the only ones who took moisture readings in the house. We dealt directly with the owner, who explained us in details what was going on with the wood and advised us not to rush, but do it right. On his advice we ran a couple of dehumidifiers to dry the wood. He would stop from time to time by the house to remeasure the moisture, always keeping us updated, and amazingly in like a couple of weeks the floors settled down. We were so happy because it saved us a lot of money and gave us peace of mind - the floors were OK. A sand was done with new color and poly and now we enjoy our new house with brand new floors. Thank you guys for your professionalism and great job. We will definitely recomend you to our friends.
