While waiting in line I witnessed an employee knock over a bucket of icing, then kick it. He then picked it up off ground, touch other items and start scooping the icing . He then stopped using the scooper and moved on to his bare hands. Forearm deep, grabbing hand fulls of icing . He never washed his hands or put on gloves. There was a line out the door so he was well aware that he was being watched.
